EPH Board to hold next meetings at Town Hall

Estes Park Health has hoped for a long time to be able to resume in-person Park Hospital District public board meeting. Prior to the onslaught of COVID in early 2020, we had monthly meetings in our boardroom at EPH and often had good public participation.

Through the COVID pandemic, we were locked down to visitors (other than family members or caregivers of patients). In recent months, with COVID moving to endemic stages, we felt we were getting close to being able to open up our board meetings again. However, with the startling, meteoric, and problematic rise in RSV and other bugs of the season, our regulating agencies have moved EPH back to a fully masked environment again, and we can not entertain the notion of onsite public meetings yet.

Based on that and other factors, with the great generosity of the Town of Estes Park, we will have our next two public board meetings (November 9, 5:30 p.m., and December 5, 5:30 p.m.) in the Town Boardroom in our City Hall on Elkhorn Avenue. You may also join online, if that’s your preference, by GoToWebinar (which has been our online tool for the last 30 months). You can find the registration link on our website at https://eph.org/about-us/board-of-directors/meeting-information-revised/. The agenda can also be found on that web page.

Thanks for your continued interest in EPH business and policies and programs. We hope that the RSV crisis passes soon, but the issue is very significant on the Front Range, and we are hoping to avoid the challenges up here.
